A native of Colorado, Dr. Abbott received her veterinary degree from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. She completed an intensive Internship at Michigan State University Veterinary Medical Center. She’s been practicing in Boulder, CO for 15 years.
Dr. Rindal attended Iowa State University, the oldest Veterinary institution in the United States, and graduated in 2005. After graduating she completed a small animal emergency and specialty internship in Northbrook, Illinois with training in neurology, cardiology, internal medicine, surgery, radiology, and emergency medicine.
Brandi has lived in Boulder County most her life. She, her husband, and two children share their home with two dogs (Shasta and Charlie), two cats (Christina and Magnolia), Natasha the Tortoise, and some fish.
Brandi attended CU Boulder and graduated Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 1999. She has been working as a veterinary technician since 1998. She’s excited to join Dr. Abbott at Vista Animal Hospital and hopes to grow her skills in friendly cat handling and Fear Free techniques to better the lives of all patients and their families.
Brandi loves working with animals and children. She volunteers at her children’s school weekly and enjoys caring for special needs pets in their homes. Her hobbies include waterskiing, yoga and traveling.
