Experience & Background

Savanna is a Colorado native whose family roots run deep. Her ancestors settled in Morrison, Colorado, near Dinosaur Ridge in 1861, where her family still operates the oldest working ranch in the state. That legacy of hard work and connection to animals shaped her path to veterinary medicine.

Helping pets feel safe and cared for comes naturally to Savanna. You could say it’s in her DNA. When your pet is sick or hurt, she’s exactly who you want by your pet’s side. Savanna is steady, focused, and knows just when to offer a gentle touch or a reassuring word to help make going to the vet enjoyable instead of a scary, stressful experience.

Personal Interests & Hobbies

When not working, Savanna loves quality time with her dog, Hazel, who is a beautiful Chocolate Lab. She also enjoys spending her weekends reading, watching movies, or heading into the backcountry to hike, camp, and recharge.
