Vista Animal Hospital in Erie, CO Welcomes Dr. Sarah Roth
We are excited to introduce Sarah Roth, DVM, as Vista Animal Hospital’s newest associate veterinarian.
With over 18 years of experience caring for small animals, Dr. Roth brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and expertise to our team. Dr. Roth is known for her patient- and client-focused approach, ensuring every pet receives exceptional, compassionate care. She is an empathetic professional who understands pet owners’ concerns and works closely with them to determine the ideal care plan for their furry friends.
Whether diagnosing complex health issues, performing delicate surgeries, or providing specialized geriatric care, Dr. Roth is committed to helping pets live their healthiest and happiest lives. Her passion shines in every aspect of her practice, from handling urgent cases to supporting pets through their senior years.
“Caring for dogs and cats isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion.
Dr. Roth’s extensive skills include performing advanced dental extractions and complex oral surgery. She also has over 10 years of experience in emergency pet care, surgical procedures like foreign body removal, complex wound repairs, and diagnostic evaluations using ultrasound.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the incredible team at Vista Animal Hospital and can’t wait to meet all the wonderful pets and their families,” said Dr. Roth. “Caring for dogs and cats isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. I look forward to building relationships with pet parents in the community and providing the highest level of compassionate care to their beloved companions.”
Dr. Roth earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2006, graduating with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from CSU, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a proud member of the Phi Zeta honor society.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Roth enjoys spending time with her family and pets and exploring the beautiful outdoors hiking, biking, and snowboarding.
